we need a mode where, when you select a path, you can go to a precision mode where you can click a point or a tangent handle and find its exact location. then, if you wanted to change its location you can paste a set of coordinates. its impossible or difficult to make precise bezier curves or complex geometric designs in vector art programs, which is why i am suggesting this additional mode.
