Support for per-user installed system fonts on Windows 10/11

Gravit should support per-user installed system fonts, not only fonts added with 'Install for all users' on Windows 10/11. It would make Gravit compatible with font manager software like FontBase, which are essential tools for many designers (often coming with cloud-syncing of fonts too).
