Autoscale borders by default

I’m not sure why this is not already the default. I can’t think of many instances where I don’t want a border I add to scale with the object except when I know I won’t want the object to be resized, in which case it makes no difference if the border is set to autoscale automatically anyway.

I spend a lot of time having to go through a design and check each and every border is set to autoscale before I start to resize things. This could be the default setting or give us an option in settings to make it the default
