Magic Wand / Bitmap Selection / Convert to Path

Have Bitmap selection tool, including a "magic wand" to select parts of a bitmap and manipulate (add, remove, copy, paste) the selection.

Also be able to Convert to Path with the selected area, making a vector object that can have Fill and Border.
