Add support for curved/smart quotes in textboxes

Instead of straight quotes (" '), it would be nice to be able to type curved/smartquotes (“ ‘ ’ “) in textboxes. One can copy and paste curved/smartquotes in, but when typing text, they always come in as straight quotes.
