Import Different Swatch Formats - RAL, Pantone and more

I'd like to have Pantone colour swatches shipped with Gravit. I know it's a licensing issue, and it probably will make Gravit more expensive, but if that's not an option, we should at least have RAL Classic swatches shipped in the program. RAL is not bound by licensing fees, and shipped with some open source programs already like Scribus and Sweet Home 3D. Allows us to import Colour Swatches in .gpl and .ase formats.
